The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an optical fiber ribbon (100) comprising the following steps: arranging N groups of optical fibers so that the fibers in any one group are disposed in the same plane (P), applying a first layer of a first liquid resin settable under the action of UV type radiation onto each group of optical fibers to form first casings, applying a second layer of a second liquid resin settable under the action of UV type radiation disposed to link together the adjacent first casings, and applying a single irradiation step to the second layer and the first layers using UV type radiation in order to form the first matrices and to form the "link" second matrix.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de fabrication d'un ruban en fibres optiques (100), qui comporte les étapes suivantes : disposer les groupes N de fibres optiques, de sorte que les fibres dans n'importe quel groupe soient disposées à la même place (P), appliquer une première couche d'une première résine liquide durcissable sous l'action d'un rayonnement de type ultraviolet sur chaque groupe de fibres optiques pour former les premières gaines, appliquer une deuxième couche d'une deuxième résine liquide durcissable sous l'action d'un rayonnement de type ultraviolet pour relier les premières gaines adjacentes et appliquer une seule étape d'irradiation à la deuxième couche et à la première couche par rayonnement de type ultraviolet afin de former les premières matrices et la deuxième matrice de « liaison ».
