A method for manufacturing cast products which are cast as a one-piece structure having controlled inhomogeneous graphite structure. The products can be cast in a manner to obtain, for instance, a flakey grey cast iron structure in certain parts thereof, and a compacted graphite structure in other parts thereof, therewith imparting to the cast product different properties in different parts of said product.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de produits de fonte coulés en structure monobloc et présentant une structure de graphite non homogène contrôlée. Ces produits peuvent être coulés de façon à obtenir, par exemple une structure de fonte grise lamellée dans certaines parties de la pièce et une structure à graphite compacté dans d'autres parties de la pièce, ce qui confère au produit de fonte différentes propriétés en différents endroits dudit produit.
