A method of manufacturing feed pellets, and a plant for the implementation of this method have been explained. The aim has been to improve the manufacturing of porous pellets, first and foremost to achieve a better control of the porosity than by known technique. The pellets come from a pelletizing machine (1) into a pellet chamber (3) which is kept at a pressure lower than the ambient pressure. From the chamber (3) the pellets are passed through an outlet (5) having a gate lock body (6).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de granulés alimentaires, et une installation pour la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé. Le but de l'invention est d'améliorer la fabrication de granulés poreux, et avant tout d'obtenir un meilleur contrôle de la porosité que dans l'état de la technique connu. Les granulés proviennent d'une machine à granuler (1) dans une enceinte à granulés (3) maintenue à une pression inférieure à la pression atmosphérique. Depuis l'enceinte (3) le granulés sont acheminés par une orifice de sortie (5) présentant un corps (6) avec un ouverture de décharge (6).
