A method of determination of an actual temperature of real bodies has the steps of registration by a non-selective receiver of intensity of a thermal radiation of a real body, registration of a value of wavelength of a point of maximum intensity of the thermal radiation and at least one value of a wavelength of a bending point in a spectral distribution of intensity of the thermal radiation, and determining the actual temperature of the body in accordance with a position on a curve of the spectral distribution of the radiation intensity of two of the points.
