The method of oblong processing of wooden materials is based on the fact that the required number of incisions of required depth is made along the full length of the wooden material, oblongly toward the wooden material at once, and simultaneously this incised layer is cut in the horizontal direction. The equipment consists of four supports placed in a steel frame wherein on the first pair of supports the horizontal saw discs (3) are placed and connected with the driver (1) through the matrix (2). On the second pair of supports the vertical saw discs (5) with determining ringlets (6) are placed and connected with the driver (4). The saw discs (3, 5) are both vertically and horizontally adjustable toward each other and, at the same time, the whole system of saw discs (3, 5) is simultaneously vertically adjustable.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement longitudinal de matériaux en bois. Ledit procédé consiste en la réalisation en une seule passe d'un nombre déterminé d'incisions d'une profondeur spécifique, sur toute la longueur des matériaux en bois considérés selon leur sens de plus grande longueur. Le dispositif est constitué de quatre éléments supports disposés sur un châssis d'acier. La première paire d'éléments supports maintient des scies circulaires horizontales (3), lesdites scies étant assujetties à un organe moteur (1) grâce à un écrou (2). La deuxième paire d'éléments supports maintient des scies circulaires verticales (5) pourvues de bagues de positionnement (6), lesdites scies étant assujetties à un organe moteur (4). L'écartement entre les scies circulaires (3, 5) est réglable aussi bien verticalement qu'horizontalement, et, en outre, l'ensemble du dispositif de scies circulaires (3, 5) est réglable verticalement en bloc.
