A method of packaging an edible product, which significantly simplifies the manufacturing procedure, consists of the introduction of an insert (8) in the base of the cavity (4) of a disposable package (2), which also serves as a mould, before pouring-in the product in liquid form; the article (1) consists of a pair of shells (2) with opposing concavities, heat sealed along their edges (3); it is applicable in the food industry, particularly in the manufacture of sweets.

Un procédé de conditionnement d'un produit comestible, qui simplifie considérablement la procédure de fabrication, consiste en l'introduction d'un insert (8) à la base de la cavité (4) d'un emballage (2) jetable, qui sert aussi de moule, avant le versement du produit sous forme liquide. L'article (1) se compose d'une paire de coquilles (2) dont la concavité est opposée, qui sont soudées à chaud le long de leurs bords (3). Il est utilisable dans l'industrie alimentaire, en particulier pour la fabrication de confiseries.
