The disclosure relates to a method of producing a hood for a hearing protector by injection moulding of plastic material. The hood (1) is injection moulded to a single contiguous piece employing at least two plastic materials possessing different properties in at least one respect. The plastic materials may be both homogeneous and in porous or foamed form. A hood (1) for a hearing protector is produced from plastic by injection moulding. The hood (1) includes at least two portions or layers (6, 7, 8; 10, 11; 13, 14) which are united to one another. The portions or layers (6, 7, 8; 10, 11; 13, 14) consist of plastic materials with different properties in at least one respect.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un casque (1) support de protections auditives moulé par injection en une seule pièce et constitué d'au moins deux plastiques différents, dont les propriétés diffèrent au moins en un point, et qui peuvent être tous deux homogènes et de consistance poreuse ou expansée. L'invention porte également sur le casque (1) ainsi produit qui comporte au moins deux parties ou couches (6, 7, 8; 10, 11; 13, 14) unies l'une à l'autre, et constituées respectivement de plastiques dont les propriétés diffèrent au moins en un point.
