A method of producing a multilayer body by coalescence, characterised in that the method comprises the steps of a) filling a pre-compacting mould with a start material in the form of powder, pellets, grains and the like, b) pre- compacting the start material at least once and c) compressing the material in a compression mould by at least one stroke, where a striking unit emits enough kinetic energy to form the body when striking the material inserted in the compression mould, causing coalescence of the material, d) at least one further material being inserted into the mould in the form of powder, pellets, grains and the like, either in step a), after compacting in step b) or after compressing the first material in step c), e) if necessary, further pre- compacting and/or compressing being performed after the insertion of the at least one further material.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un corps multicouche par coalescence. Ce procédé consiste a) à remplir un moule de pré-compactage d'un matériau de départ sous forme de poudre, de pastilles, de granules et équivalent ; b) à pré-compacter le matériau de départ au moins une fois et c) à comprimer le matériau dans un moule de compression avec au moins un coup, une unité de martelage générant suffisamment d'énergie cinétique pour former le corps lors du martelage du matériau inséré dans le moule de compression, provoquant la coalescence du matériau, d) à insérer au moins un autre matériau dans le moule sous forme de poudre, de pastilles, de granules et équivalent en a), après compactage en b) ou bien après compression du premier matériau en c), e) éventuellement à pré-compacter une nouvelle fois et/ou la compression étant réalisé après insertion d'au moins un autre matériau.
