This invention relates to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer in a subject, for example a female subject. Accordingly, this invention provides methods of a) treating a subject suffering from breast cancer; b) preventing, suppressing, inhibiting or reducing the incidence of breast cancer in a subject; c) delaying the progression of breast cancer in a subject suffering from breast cancer; d) preventing the recurrence of breast cancer in a subject; e) treating the recurrence of breast cancer in a subject suffering from breast cancer; and/or f) treating, preventing, suppressing or inhibiting metastasis in a subject suffering from breast cancer, by administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an Androgen Receptor Antagonist and/or its analog, derivative, isomer, metabolite, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, phatmaceutical product, hydrate, N-Oxide, crystal polymorph, prodrug or any combination thereof, as described herein.
La présente invention concerne la prévention et le traitement du cancer du sein chez un sujet, par exemple chez un sujet femelle. Ainsi, la présente invention concerne des méthodes : a) de traitement d'un sujet atteint de cancer du sein; b) de prévention, de suppression, d'inhibition ou de réduction de l'incidence du cancer du sein chez un sujet; c) de retardement de la progression du cancer du sein chez un sujet atteint de cancer du sein; d) de prévention de la récurrence du cancer du sein chez un sujet; e) de traitement de la récurrence du cancer du sein chez un sujet atteint de cancer du sein; et/ou f) de traitement, de prévention, de suppression ou d'inhibition de métastases chez un sujet atteint de cancer du sein, par administration au sujet d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un antagoniste du récepteur d'androgène et/ou de son analogue, de son dérivé, de son isomère, de son métabolite, de son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, de son produit pharmaceutique, de son hydrate, de son N-oxyde, de son cristal polymorphe, de son promédicament ou de n'importe quelle combinaison de ces derniers, tel que décrit dans l'invention.
