The present invention relates to methods of treating cancer using a combination of a compound which is an antineoplastic agent and a compound which is a inhibitor of prenyl-protein transferase, which methods comprise administering to said mammal, either sequentially in any order or simultaneously, amounts of at lest two therapeutic agents selected from a group consisting of a compound which is an antineoplastic agent and a compound which is an inhibitor or prenyl-protein transferase. The invention also relates to methods of preparing such compositions.
Méthodes de traitement du cancer à l'aide d'une combinaison constituée d'un composé qui est un agent antinéoplasique et d'un composé qui est un inhibiteur de la prényl-protéine transférase. Lesdites méthodes consistent à administrer à un mammifère, soit en séquence dans n'importe quel ordre, soit simultanément, des quantités d'au moins deux agents thérapeutiques choisis dans un groupe constitué d'un composé qui est un agent antinéoplasique et d'un composé qui est un inhibiteur de prényl-protéine transférase. La présente invention concerne également des méthodes de préparation desdites compositions.
