Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of compounds and compositions of compounds having norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI) activity alone or norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor and serotonin reuptake inhibitor (NRI/SRI) dual activity in combination with 5-HT2a receptor antagonist activity.
