A new method to rapidly produce and screen polymer-, xerogel-, bioceramic- and bioglass-based formulations is described. The approach is based on a high- speed pin printer and imaging with an epi-fluorescence microscope/charge coupled device detector. By using this method one can produce and screen over 600 formulations/hr and rapidly identify lead formulations and/or compositions that are useful for the development of devices such as medical devices and (bio)sensors.
Nouveau procédé pour produire et cribler rapidement des formulations à base de polymère, xérogel, biocéramique et bioverre. On utilise, pour cela, une imprimante à broches haute vitesse et un système d'imagerie avec un microscope à épifluorescence/détecteur à dispositif à couplage de charge. Au moyen de ce procédé, il est possible de produire et de cribler 600 formulations/h et d'identifier rapidement les formulations à base de plomb et/ou des compositions qui sont utiles dans le développement de dispositifs tels que des dispositifs médicaux et des (bio)capteurs.
