A micro relay includes a magnetic member and a permanent magnet in addition to a main substrate, a stationary contact, an armature and a coil. The magnetic member includes a core located in a first though hole of the main substrate. The permanent magnet is located at an end of the magnetic member or at a place within the magnetic member. The main substrate has a plurality of laminated layers. The coil is formed of a plurality of planer coils connected in series. The plurality of planer coils are formed on the plurality of laminated layers, respectively and are located around the core.

L'invention concerne un micro-relais comprenant un élément magnétique et un aimant permanent, en plus d'un substrat principal, d'un contact fixe, d'un induit et d'une bobine. L'élément magnétique comprend un noyau agencé dans un premier trou traversant du substrat principal. L'aimant permanent est agencé à une extrémité de l'élément magnétique ou au niveau d'une partie de l'élément magnétique. Le substrat principal est pourvu d'une pluralité de couches stratifiées. La bobine est composée d'une pluralité de bobines planes connectées en série. Les bobines planes sont formées sur les couches stratifiées, respectivement, et sont agencées autour du noyau.
