A dumbbell assembly includes a dumbbell body, which comprises a handgrip, a first and second ends positioned at two ends of the handgrip respectively, and an armguard strip detachably connected to the dumbbell body, which includes a strip and buckles positioned at both ends of the strip, wherein each of the first and second ends includes: an end enclosure covering each of the ends of the dumbbell body, a first mating part having a perforate and a recessed chamber with a curved slot formed inside, a second mating part also having a perforate, at one end of which a block is provided corresponding to the curved slot, and under which the strip buckle connecting part is arranged.
L'invention concerne un ensemble d'haltère comprenant un corps d'haltère, une première et une seconde extrémités positionnées aux deux extrémités, respectivement, de la poignée, et une bande de protection d'avant-bras reliée amovible au corps d'haltère, présentant une bande et des boucles positionnées aux deux extrémités de la bande, chacune des première et seconde extrémités comprenant : un boîtier d'extrémité recouvrant chacune des extrémités du corps d'haltère, une première pièce de contact présentant une perforation et une chambre encastrée présentant une fente incurvée formée à l'intérieur, une seconde pièce de contact présentant également une perforation et à une extrémité de laquelle est prévu un bloc correspondant à la fente incurvée et sous lequel est agencée la pièce connectant la boucle de la bande.
