A telepresence system (100) uses an array of cameras (14) to provide a first user (22-1) with a first display (24-1) of an environment and a second user (22-2) with a second display (24-2) of the environment. Each camera has an associated view of the environment. A first user interface device (24-1) has first user inputs associated with movement along a first path, and a second user interface device (24-2) has second user inputs associated with a second path. A processing element interprets the first and the second inputs and independently selects output of the cameras (14), allowing the first user (22- 1) and the second user (22-2) to navigate simultaneously and independently through the environment.
L'invention concerne un système de téléprésence (100) faisant appel à un réseau de caméras (14) pour fournir à un premier utilisateur (22-1) une première visualisation (24-1) d'un environnement et à un deuxième utilisateur (22-2) une deuxième visualisation (24-2) de cet environnement. Chaque caméra comporte une vue associée de l'environnement.
