The present invention disclosed a new type of magnetization device. In the magnetization device, external baffles and internal baffles both made of diamagnetic material are arranged between a pipe wall and a coupling shaft both made of magnetic permeable material. A series of toroidal magnets arranged in homopolar continuous mode and toroidal magnetic cores are provided between the external baffles and internal baffles. The magnetization device is capable of rapid magnetization of oil, water and other liquid.
