A non-resealable, snap-fitted closure (10) comprises a closure, a drop ring (13) and a container (12). The closure has a sleeve with a sleeve snap (15). The drop ring has an internal snap and an external snap wherein the internal snap engages the sleeve snap of the closure when the closure engages the drop ring. The container has a neck and a neck snap (20), wherein the neck snap and the internal snap of the drop ring engage when the closure and the drop ring engage the neck. The neck snap of the neck and the internal snap of the drop ring are an order of magnitude stronger than the sleeve snap of the sleeve and the external snap of the drop ring. When the closure is removed from the neck, the drop ring remains attached to the neck and is free to move vertically up and down along the neck, thereby preventing reattachment of the closure to the container.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (10) non refermable à cliquet comprenant un bouchon, une bague mobile (13) et un récipient (12). Le bouchon possède une gaine ainsi qu'un cliquet (15) sur la gaine. La bague mobile possède un cliquet externe et un cliquet interne qui s'engage dans le cliquet de la gaine du bouchon lorsque celui-ci actionne la bague mobile. Le récipient possède un col et un cliquet sur le col (20) qui s'engage dans le cliquet interne de la bague mobile lorsque le bouchon et la bague mobile s'enclenchent sur le col. Le cliquet sur le col et le cliquet de la bague mobile sont plus solides que le cliquet de la gaine et le cliquet externe de la bague mobile. Quand le bouchon est ôté du col, la bague mobile reste enclenchée sur le col et devient libre de se déplacer verticalement le long du col, empêchant ainsi une nouvelle fixation du bouchon sur le récipient.
