A homogeneous substantially alcohol free, transparent solution of a cyclosporin which is clear, stable, flowable and easily measurable at a temperature of 15° to 45°C; which comprises a solution of a cyclosporin in a hydrophilic carrier medium comprising (1) propylene glycol, (2) a transesterification product of a natural vegetable oil triglyceride and a polyalkylene polyol, (3) a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil product and (4) triacetin.
