A pharmaceutical product in unit dosage form and a unit dosage drug delivery system which comprises a multiple layer capsule or housing having two or more layers said layers being of materials, wherein the outer layer possesses a hydrophilic character and the inner layer possesses a hydrophobic character, and wherein there is in contact with the inner layer one or more drug substances having a hydrophobic character.

L'invention concerne un produit pharmaceutique se présentant sous une forme posologique unitaire et un système d'administration de médicament en dose unitaire, constitué d'une capsule ou enveloppe multicouche présentant au moins deux couches. Dans ledit système, la couche extérieure est en un matériau hydrophile, la couche intérieure est en un matériau hydrophobe, et au moins une substance médicamenteuse, à caractère hydrophobe, est en contact avec ladite couche intérieure.
