The present invention provides novel polynucleotides encoding HGPRBMY11 polypeptides, fragments and homologues thereof. The present invention also_provides polynucleotides encoding variants of the HGPRBMY11 polypeptide, HGPRBMY11v1 and HGPRBMY11v2. Also provided are vectors, host cells, antibodies, and recombinant and synthetic methods for producing said polypeptides. The invention further relates to diagnostic and therapeutic methods for applying these novel HGPRBMY11, HGPRBMY11v1, and/or HGPRBMY11v2 polypeptides to the diagnosis, treatment, and/or prevention of various diseasses and/or disorders related to these polypeptides, particularly cardiovascular diseases and/or disorders. The invention further relates to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of the polynucleotides and polypeptides of the present inventio.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux polynucléotides codant pour des polypeptides HGPRBMY 11, des fragments et des homologues de ceux-ci. L'invention concerne également des polynucléotides codant pour des variants du polypeptide HGPRBMY 11, HGPRBMY 11v1, HGPRBMY 11v2. L'invention concerne en outre des vecteurs, des cellules hôtes, des anticorps, et des procédés de recombinaison et de synthèse permettant la production desdits polypeptides. En outre, l'invention concerne des procédés diagnostiques et thérapeutiques permettant l'application des nouveaux polypeptides HGPRBMY 11, HGPRBMY 11v1, et/ou HGPRBMY 11v2 au diagnostic, au traitement, et/ou à la prévention de diverses maladies et/ou troubles associés à ces polypeptides, notamment des maladies et/ou des troubles cardio-vasculaires. Enfin l'invention concerne des procédés de criblage permettant l'identification d'agonistes et d'antagonistes des polynucléotides et des polypeptides de la présente invention.
