The present invention provides novel polynucleotides encoding HLRRBM1 polypeptides, fragments and homologues thereof. Also provided are vectors, host cells, antibodies, and recombinant and synthetic methods for producing said polypeptides. The invention further relates to diagnostic and therapeutic methods for applying these novel HLRRBM1 polypeptides to the diagnosis, treatment, and/or prevention of various diseases and/or disorders related to these polypeptides, particularly immune diseases and/or disorders. The invention further relates to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of the polynucleotides and polypeptides of the present invention.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux polynucl~otides codant pour des polypeptides de HLRRBM1 et des fragments et des homologues de ces derniers. L'invention concerne ~galement des vecteurs, des cellules hÙtes, des anticorps, et des proc~d~s de recombinaison et synth~tiques destin~s ~ produire ces polypeptides. L'invention concerne en outre des m~thodes diagnostiques et th~rapeutiques destin~es ~ appliquer ces nouveaux polypeptides HLRRBM1 au diagnostic, au traitement et/ou ~ la pr~vention de diverses maladies et/ou de divers troubles li~s ~ ces polypeptides, notamment des maladies/troubles immunitaires. L'invention concerne enfin des proc~d~s de criblage destin~s ~ identifier des agonistes et des antagonistes des polynucl~otides et des polypeptides de la pr~sente invention.
