This invention relates to a shapable prepreg comprising fibres and a polymeric matrix. The polymeric matrix is a multiphase matrix comprising: a first matrix component consisting of a monomer or a dendrimer; and a second matrix component consisting of high molecular weight organic molecules, said second matrix component forming a sticky membrane of the prepreg with an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) bonding to the first matrix component. Preferably, the prepreg further comprises a third matrix component consisting of high molecular weight organic molecules, said third component being distributed between the fibres.

Cette invention concerne un préimprégné pouvant être formé, comportant des fibres et une matrice polymère. La matrice polymère est une matrice polyphasée comprenant un premier composant matriciel constitué d'un monomère ou d'un dendrimère, et un deuxième composant matriciel constitué de molécules organiques de poids moléculaire élevé, ce deuxième composant matriciel formant une membrane collante du préimprégné avec un réseau polymère pénétrant (IPN) lié au premier composant matriciel. De préférence, le préimprégné comporte également un troisième composant matriciel composé de molécules organiques de poids moléculaire élevé, ce troisième composant étant réparti entre les fibres.
