A nozzle (20) for feeding combustion maintaining medium into a furnace (10) at high temperature conditions includes a nozzle tip, partly protruding into the furnace, and a feeding mechanism. The nozzle tip includes an open ended outer shell (28), an air cooling zone (32), a shroud (36), and an air channel (40). The outer shell (28) includes a first end wall portion in flow connection with the feeding mechanism and a second end wall portion protruding into the furnace. The shroud (36) includes a shroud wall portion disposed to cover at least a portion of the first end wall portion of the outer shell (28). The shroud channel (40) is formed between the shroud wall portion of the shroud (36) and the first end wall portion of the outer shell (28), for discharging an air flow along the exterior side of the said second end wall portion.
L'invention se rapporte à une tuyère (20) d'alimentation d'un four (10) en une matière d'entretien de la combustion, dans des conditions de températures élevées. Cette tuyère comporte un ajutage d'éjection, au moins partiellement en saillie à l'intérieur du four, et un mécanisme d'alimentation. L'ajutage d'éjection comporte une coque externe (28) à extrémité ouverte, une zone de refroidissement de l'air (32), une coiffe (36) et un canal (40) pour l'air. Ladite coque externe (28) comporte une première partie de paroi terminale en connexion fluidique avec le mécanisme d'alimentation et une seconde partie de paroi terminale faisant saillie à l'intérieur du four. La coiffe (36) comporte une partie de paroi disposée de manière à recouvrir au moins partiellement la première partie de paroi terminale de la coque externe (28). Le canal (40) associé à la coiffe, qui est formé entre la partie de paroi de ladite coiffe (36) et la première partie de paroi terminale de la coque externe (28), est conçu pour délivrer un flux d'air le long du côté extérieur de ladite seconde partie de paroi terminale.
