A packaging laminate (20) for a packaging container (30, 40) for a food product, which packaging laminate (20) comprises an outer polypropylene based heat sealable layer (13), a paper or paperboard based bulk layer (11), an aluminium gas barrier layer (14), and an inside comprising an inner polypropylene based heat sealable layer (12). The inner polypropylene based heat sealable layer (12) is bonded to said aluminium gas barrier layer (14) by intermediate layers of linear low density polyethylene (15) and ethylene (meth)acrylic acid copolymer or other acid polymer (16), said ethylene (meth)acrylic acid copolymer or other acid polymer (16) being directly bonded to said aluminium gas barrier layer (14). The invention also relates to a film (10) intended to form the inside of the packaging laminate (20), a method in connection with the production of the packaging laminate, and a packaging container (30, 40) formed from the packaging laminate.
L~invention concerne un stratifié d~emballage (20) pour un contenant d~emballage (30, 40) d~un produit alimentaire. Le stratifié d~emballage (20) comprend une couche thermosoudable extérieure à base de polypropylène (13), une couche principale en papier ou carton (11), une couche en aluminium imperméable aux gaz (14) et un intérieur comprenant une couche thermosoudable intérieure à base de polypropylène (12). La couche thermosoudable intérieure à base de polypropylène (12) est collée sur la couche en aluminium imperméable aux gaz (14) par des couches intermédiaires de polyéthylène linéaire de faible densité (15) et de copolymère éthylène - acide méthacrylique ou d~un autre polymère d~acide (16), le copolymère éthylène - acide méthacrylique ou l~autre polymère d~acide (16) étant directement collé sur la couche en aluminium imperméable aux gaz (14). L~invention concerne également une pellicule (10) destinée à former l~intérieur du stratifié d~emballage (20), un procédé de fabrication du stratifié d~emballage ainsi qu~un contenant d~emballage (30, 40) formé du stratifié d~emballage.
