The invention relates to a packaging, preferably for foodstuffs, said packag ing comprising a container and a lid, both of which is made of a material which is suitable for injection moulding, said lid being sealable relative to the container; and wherein the lid comprises an elevated portion for abutment on the internal, upper edge of the container, wherein at least a portion of the lid (2) is made with a sealing zone (7, 8) for joining with the container (1 ), said sealing zone (7, 8) being added with an active material which, by influence during joining, changes the material in the sealing zone (7, 8) to the effect that the sealing becomes weaker than the surrounding material, whereby the sealing is, upon opening, broken in the joint and not in the surrounding material. The invention also relates to a method of sealing the above packaging, wherein a material is added which, during the sealing procedure, changes the material in the joint to the effect that the seal becomes weaker than the surrounding material, whereby, when opened, the seal is broken in the joint and not in the surrounding material.
La présente invention concerne un emballage de préférence pour produits alimentaires, ledit emballage comportant un récipient et un couvercle, les deux étant réalisés en un matériau qui convient au moulage par injection, ledit couvercle étant scellable par rapport au récipient; ledit couvercle comporte une partie supérieure pour être adjacent sur le bord intérieur supérieur du récipient, ladite partie de couvercle (2) étant réalisée avec une zone de scellement (7, 8) pour être assemblée au récipient (1), ladite zone de scellement (7, 8) étant additionnée d'un matériau actif qui, sous l'effet de l'assemblage, modifie le matériau dans la zone de scellement (7, 8) en rendant le scellement plus fragile que le matériau environnant, et entraîne donc, lors de l'ouverture, la rupture du scellement dans le scellé et non dans le matériau environnant. L'invention concerne également un procédé de scellement dudit emballage, selon lequel ledit matériau est additionné et, lors du processus de scellement, modifie le matériau dans l'assemblage rendant le scellé plus fragile que le matériau environnant, et ainsi, lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage, entraînant ainsi la rupture du scellement dans l'assemblage et non dans le matériau environnement.
