A panel saw machine for sawing panels (2) comprises: a horizontal work table (3) for one or more panels (2) mobile on the horizontal table (3) along an axis of feed (X) in a forward direction (Vl) and in a backward direction (V2) ; a panel (2) clamping unit (4) comprising a crossbar (5) equipped with one or more gripping elements (6) for clamping and retaining the panels (2) while they are being machined; a cutting unit (7) that divides the panels (2) into sub-panels by sawing the panels (2) along an axis (Y) transversal to the feed axis (X) ; a horizontal flat element or tray (8) positioned above the horizontal work table (3) , for supporting and transporting the panels (2) ; means (9) for selectively holding the tray (8) in conjunction with means (10) for driving the tray (8) itself, acting on the latter and enabling the tray (8) to perform a first movement along the feed axis (X) in both directions (Vl, V2) and, when required, a rotational movement (R) on the horizontal work table (3) in such a way as to vary the position of the tray (8) and, consequently, of the panels (2) , with respect to the cutting unit (7).
Cette invention concerne une machine de sciage de panneaux (2) comprenant les éléments suivants: plateau de travail horizontal (3) sur lequel un ou plusieurs panneaux (2) peuvent se déplacer selon un axe d'alimentation (X) dans le sens avant (V1) et dans le sens arrière (V2); unité de serrage de panneaux (4) comprenant une traverse (5) équipée d'un ou de plusieurs éléments de préhension (6) qui serrent et maintiennent les panneaux (2) pendant la coupe; unité de coupe (7) débitant les panneaux (2) en sous-panneaux par sciage le long d'un axe (Y) perpendiculaire à l'axe d'alimentation (X); élément ou bac plat horizontal (8) disposé au-dessus du plateau de travail horizontal (3), assurant le maintien et le transport des panneaux (2); dispositif (9) assurant le maintien sélectif du bac (8) conjointement avec un dispositif d'entraînement (9) dudit bac, lequel dispositif (9) agit sur ce dernier et lui permet d'effectuer un premier mouvement le long de l'axe (X) dans les deux sens (V1, V2) et, au besoin, d'accomplir un mouvement de rotation (R) sur le plateau de travail horizontal (3) de manière à faire varier sa position et ipso facto celle des panneaux (2) par rapport à l'unité de coupe (7).
