A patient's skin puncturing device comprises a body (1), inside of which a puncturing needle (4) and at least one turned down arm (5, 6) are guided, and a push button (2), whereas between said body (1) and said push button (2) activating elements (10, 11, 12, 13) are placed, said activating elements (10, 11, 12, 13) enable to force said push button (2) into said body (1) when a pre- set thrust force is exceeded. The puncturing needle (4) is driven by said push button (2) by means of a membrane (9), which is broken after resting the puncturing needle (4) upon an abutting surface (16) in said body (1). After breaking the membrane (9) and the patient's skin puncture by the puncturing needle (4), the puncturing needle (4) is withdrawn inwards the body (1) due to a transfer of a thrust force from the push button (2) by said turned down arm (5, 6) guided in the body (1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de piqûre de la peau d'un patient, comprenant un corps (1), à l'intérieur duquel sont guidés une aiguille (4) de piqûre et au moins un bras orienté vers le bas, et un bouton poussoir (2). Des éléments (10, 11, 12, 13) d'activation sont placés entre le corps (1) et le bouton poussoir (2), lesdits éléments (10, 11, 12, 13) d'activation permettant de pousser ledit bouton poussoir (2) dans ledit corps (1) lorsqu'une force de traction prédéterminée est dépassée. L'aiguille (4) de piqûre est entraînée par ledit bouton poussoir (2) au moyen d'une membrane (9), qui se rompt après positionnement de l'aiguille (4) sur une surface adjacente (16) dudit corps (1). Suite à la rupture de la membrane (9) et à la piqûre de la peau du patient par l'aiguille (4), ladite aiguille (4) est retirée à l'intérieur du corps (1) en raison du transfert de la force de traction du bouton poussoir (2) par le bras (5, 6) orienté vers le bas guidé dans le corps (1).
