A payment terminal using a mobile communication device (4), such as a mobile phone, is located on a removable memory card (1), e.g. type microSD card, which is adjusted in such a way so it can be inserted into an additional hardware slot, e.g. memory slot. A payment POS terminal application runs on a removable memory card (1), which contains at least one payment card. The payment card's unit (7) with the card's payment application is located in the secured part of the memory, separately from the terminal's configuration data unit (6). The configuration data of the terminal's selected identity and the payment card's data are located in the separate parts of the secure element or in completely independent secure elements or they can also be localized in the Sales Device of the merchant and there e.g. within the ICC card (29) or SAM card (42).
L'invention porte sur un terminal de paiement utilisant un dispositif de communication mobile (4), tel qu'un téléphone mobile, localisé sur une carte mémoire amovible (1), par exemple une carte micro SD, conçue de telle sorte qu'on peut l'introduire dans une fente d'un matériel additionnel, par exemple une fente d'une mémoire. Une application de terminal de point de vente de paiement s'exécute sur une carte mémoire amovible (1), contenant au moins une carte de paiement. L'unité de carte de paiement (7) comportant l'application de paiement de la carte est localisée dans la partie sécurisée de la mémoire, séparément de l'unité de données de configuration du terminal (6). Les données de configuration de l'identité sélectionnée du terminal et les données de la carte de paiement sont localisées dans des parties séparées de l'élément sécurisé ou de façon complètement indépendante des éléments sécurisés ou peuvent également être localisées dans le dispositif de vente du vendeur et par exemple dans la carte ICC (29) ou carte SAM (42).
