A pen with lollipop and puzzle blocks comprises a shaft member, a core, a nib socket, a cap socket, an actuation piece, a top shell, a plurality of rotable blocks, and a plurality of sliding pieces. When a user pushes the actuation piece, the ball-like top shell is opened or closed with the aid of an actuation mechanism connected to the shaft. As the top shell is opened, children can enjoy the lollipop; and after it is closed, the lollipop is stored up. A ballpen which is located in bottom end of core is a writing tool. The sliding piece is used for jigsaw puzzle. Through this invention, children increase the joys of using the pen.
