To improve the handlability and safety of a perchlorate solution used as a stabilizer for chlorine-containing resins. This invention provides a perchlorate solution of improved handlablity and safety and a method for heat-stabilizing chlorine-containing resin compositions by adding (a) 0.004 to 10 parts by weight of a perchlorate solution containing 1 to 60 % by weight of perchlorate, 5 to 50 % by weight of water-soluble organic solvent and 20 to 94 % by weight of water, and (b) 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of at least one silicate compound represented by the general formula (I) to 100 parts by weight of a chlorine-containing resin: M(O)a nSiO2mH2O (I) in which M is at least one metal selected from alkaline earth metals and aluminum, a is 1 when M is an alkaline earth metal and 3/2 where M is aluminum, n is from 1 to 5, and m is any positive integer.
L'invention vise à améliorer l'aptitude à la manipulation et la sécurité d'une solution de perchlorate utilisée comme stabilisant pour des résines contenant du chlore. Cette invention porte sur une solution de perchlorate ayant une aptitude à la manipulation et une sécurité améliorées et sur un procédé pour la stabilisation vis-à-vis de la chaleur de compositions de résine contenant du chlore par ajout de (a) 0,004 à 10 parties en poids d'une solution de perchlorate contenant 1 à 60 % en poids de perchlorate, 5 à 50 % en poids d'un solvant organique hydrosoluble et 20 à 94 % en poids d'eau et (b) 0,001 à 10 parties en poids d'au moins un composé silicate représenté par la formule générale (I) à 100 parties en poids d'une résine contenant du chlore : M(O)a nSiO2mH2O (I) dans laquelle formule M représente au moins un métal choisi parmi les métaux alcalinoterreux et l'aluminium, a est 1 lorsque M représente un métal alcalinoterreux et 3/2 lorsque M représente l'aluminium, n vaut de 1 à 5 et m représente n'importe quel entier positif.
