The present invention relates to a pin structure for plug. The pin structure comprises: a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is made of a metal material for electrical connection. The second portion has a circumference, and two opposed sides. The circumference of the second portion is smaller than the first portion. The circumference of the second portion is covered with an isolation layer made of a plastic material for providing a safe and isolation surface. An aperture is formed through two opposed sides. The plastic material of the isolation layer can flow into the aperture to form the isolation layer so as to raise a fixed strength between the isolation layer and the second portion. Besides, the plastic material of the isolation layer can form on the two opposed sides simultaneously so as to shorten a forming time and to reduce the hesitation effect and weld line.
