A plant serves as a mean for production of a fibre web of synthetic fibres, such as plastic fibres and absorbent fibres, such as viscose and cellulose fibres. The plant includes a forming head (1) preliminary to lay a homogeneously and smoothly distributed fibre layer (16) on a net shaped wire (9). Furthermore the plant includes a hydro-entangling section (3) with liquid nozzles (25) with powerful liquid jets to treat the in the forming head (1) formed fibre layer, which consists of both synthetic - and absorbent fibres. The plant also includes an oven (4) subsequently to thermal bond the synthetic fibres with cross bonds in the affected areas. Finally the dried web is winded up in a roller (32). By the help of the plant according to the invention, by higher production speed than known previously a fibre web can be produced, which is far cheaper, and which has a better and more homogeneous structure than similar conventional fibre webs.
L'invention concerne une installation qui sert d'organe de production d'un voile en fibres synthétiques, telles que les fibres plastiques et fibres absorbantes, telles que les fibres de viscose et de cellulose. L'installation comprend une tête de formage (1) qui pose d'abord une couche de fibres (16) répartie de manière homogène et lisse sur un câble (9) en réseau. L'installation comprend en outre une section (3) de liage par jet d'eau comportant des buses (25) de liquides aux jets puissants permettant de traiter la couche de fibres formée dans la tête de formage (1), laquelle couche est constituée de fibres synthétiques et absorbantes. L'installation comprend aussi un four (4) qui lie ensuite thermiquement les fibres synthétiques avec des liaisons croisées dans les zones concernées. Finalement, le voile séché est enroulé dans un rouleau (32). Par l'intermédiaire de l'installation faisant l'objet de cette invention et grâce à une vitesse de production supérieure que celle connue jusqu'ici, on peut obtenir un voile qui est nettement meilleur marché et qui présente une meilleure structure plus homogène que celle des voiles similaires classiques.
