Plant (1) which, when running, forms - without the use of liquid - an air-laid web- formed product of fibres and powder (24) on a running endless forming wire (2) which is air-permeable and which operates mainly horizontally. The invention comprises a suction unit (5) (positioned under the forming wire (2)) and a forming head (8) (positioned above the forming wire (2)) with a perforated base (9) at the bottom; a fibre feed duct (11) to feed fibre by means of air flow from the fibre source (10) and a powder feed duct (13) to feed powder by means of air flow from a powder source (12) into the forming head. The powder is added to the housing through a separate powder distributor (28) connected to the powder feed duct (12) from which the powder is distributed evenly and homogeneously in the product.
L'invention concerne une installation (1), qui lorsqu'elle fonctionne, permet de formersans utiliser de liquide- un produit fibreux et pulvérulent (24) par voie pneumatique sur une toile sans fin (2) en mouvement, perméable à l'air, et circulant essentiellement à l'horizontale pendant le fonctionnement. L'invention concerne une unité de d'aspiration (5) placée sous la tête de formage (2), et une tête de formage (8) placée au dessus de la tête de formage (2) pourvue d'une base à fond perforé; un conduit d'alimentation (11) en fibres destiné à fournir des fibres à l'aide d'un écoulement d'air provenant de la source de fibres (10), et un conduit d'alimentation (13) en poudre destiné à fournir une poudre à l'aide d'un écoulement d'air provenant d'une source de poudre (12) située dans la tête de formage. La poudre est ajoutée dans le logement par l'intermédiaire d'un distributeur de poudre (28) relié au conduit d'alimentation en poudre (12), à partir duquel ladite poudre est distribuée de manière régulière et homogène.
