A plaster to be attached to the skin is having a film (10) impermeable to an active ingredient, which film contains fixing means (7, 8, 9) for the attachment of the plaster to the desired spot tightly and without permeating the active ingredient. On the one side of the film (10) there is at least one store chamber (2), on the other side at least one dosing chamber (1), and thresholds (3) on at least its peripheral edges outside said chamber (1) and directed from the film (10) towards the skin. There is at least one connecting channel (5) between the store and the dosing chambers (2, 1).
