The present invention discloses a plastic material profile (1) for refrigerators, freezers and the like, which are provided with a door (30) and an inner door (31) having a bellows gasket (20) portion which provides the sealing between the door and the cabinet (32). The profile and the gasket portion are coupled together, or they are just one integral part obtained by coextrusion of two materials having different stiffness in order to allow, when needed, an easy disjunction of the gasket portion from the profile along their connection area, said profile having a groove (23) suitable to receive, in substitution, a bellows gasket portion, said groove (23) being defined by a pair of walls (5) and (5') which extend vertically or obliquely from a base (3), characterised in that said base (3) is shaped substantially as a C section which can be elastically deformed by means of a soft material elbow (8) obtained by coextrusion on the same section, such elbow thus working as a hinge to allow the elastic enlargement of said C section, in order to realize the snap engagement of the edge of said inner door (31) inside (19) the section itself, and, externally and below said C section, of the profile, providing a sealing on the edge of said door (30).
La présente invention a trait à un profilé en matière plastique (1) destiné aux réfrigérateurs, congélateurs, etc., qui sont munis d'une porte (30) et d'une porte intérieure (31) possédant une partie joint (20) à soufflet qui assure l'étanchéité entre la porte et la caisse (32). Le profilé et la partie joint à soufflet sont réunis, ou ils ne constituent qu'une seule pièce intégrée obtenue par coextrusion de deux matières dont la rigidité est différente, afin de permettre, au besoin, de séparer facilement la partie joint du profilé le long de leur surface de raccordement; le profilé en question possède une rainure (23) pouvant recevoir, par substitution, une partie joint à soufflet, la rainure (23) est délimitée par deux parois (5) et (5') qui s'étendent verticalement ou obliquement à partir d'une base (3) dont la caractéristique est d'avoir la forme générale d'une section en C qui peut être élastiquement déformée au moyen d'un coude mou (8) obtenu par coextrusion sur la même section, ce coude agit à la manière d'une charnière pour permettre l'agrandissement élastique de la section en C, afin de réaliser l'engagement par coincement du bord de la porte intérieure (31) avec l'intérieur (19) de la section elle-même, et, à l'extérieur et sous la section en C, du profilé, ce qui assure l'étanchéité sur le bord de la porte (30).
