The invention relates a PUFA enriched marine oil being substantially free from heavy metals, PCB and dioxins comprising at least 40 mol % eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in the form as at least 50 mol % of mono and diglycerides, as well as a method to produce such a PUFA enriched marine oil.
