A polyurethane foam composition and a process for manufacture of a polyurethane or polyisocyanate foam are disclosed. The foam composition comprises the reaction product of (a) a polyisocyanate and (b) a polyol and wherein in producing said foam a copolymer surfactant composition is used comprising (c) an oil component selected from the group consisting of naturally occurring semi-drying and drying vegetable oils, hydrogenated derivatives thereof, methylated derivatives thereof, and mixtures of any of the foregoing, said oil component being a liquid having a boiling point of at least 175°C, and (d) an organosiloxane copolymer surfactant.
