The present invention provides a portable device for enhancing circulation in a limb comprising at least one strap (805) for encircling the limb, a motor (812) and a mechanism (840) driven by said motor (812) for intermittently actuating a first transition from a relaxed state to a strained state of the strap (805) and a second transition from the strained state to the relaxed state. The mechanism (840) includes at least one energy storing element (872) operatively disposed between the motor (812) and the strap (805) and at least one energy releasing mechanism (880) coupling between the energy storing element (872) and the strap (805).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif portable permettant d'améliorer la circulation dans un membre, lequel dispositif comporte au moins une bande (805) destinée à encercler le membre, un moteur (812) et un mécanisme (840) entraîné par ce moteur (812), lequel mécanisme sert à actionner, de façon intermittente, un premier passage d'un état relâché à un état tendu de la bande (805) et un second passage de l'état tendu à l'état relâché. Ce mécanisme (840) comprend au moins un élément de stockage d'énergie (872), installé fonctionnellement entre le moteur (812) et la bande (805), ainsi qu'au moins un mécanisme de libération d'énergie (880) entre l'élément de stockage d'énergie (872) et la bande (805).
