This simple invention provides a means of leg exercise in a compact environment, such as an office cubicle, coach-bus or airplane seat, where cramping leads to discomfort and in some serious cases deep vein thrombosis. The device is composed of an elastic harness, which is designed to fit snuggly about ankle of the user, sewn to a strip of thick elastic that can easily be attached to the leg of a chair by means of Velcro straps. The device provides the user with resistance to the extension of the leg therefore bringing improved blood flow to the muscle groups stimulated. Thus, the exercise device, when used periodically during an extended period of sitting in a confined space will prevent discomfort, cramps and deep vein thrombosis.
