The invention provides a method and a device for portioning a substance, e.g. dough for making bread or pastry. The device operates on an elongated body of the substance and separates pieces there from in accordance with an image received from an image generating camera. Accordingly, portioning of the dough occurs without having to compress the dough into a measuring chamber as it is required in traditional portioning of dough.
L'invention porte sur un procédé et un dispositif de portionnement d'une substance, par exemple de la pâte à pain ou à pâtisserie. Ce dispositif fonctionne sur un corps allongé de la substance et sépare des morceaux en fonction d'une image reçue d'une caméra de génération d'images. Par conséquent, le portionnement de la pâte s'effectue sans avoir à comprimer la pâte dans une chambre de mesure comme c'est le cas dans le portionnement traditionnel de la pâte.
