An ostomy appliance (1) of the kind comprising a collecting bag for waste material, at least one opening (5) through which waste material may enter the collecting bag, at least one filter (10) allowing gas to exit the collecting bag and at least one pressure sensitive gas permeable barrier-filter (11) positioned between the at least one opening and the at least one filter, where the barrier-filter in its closed state blocks the passage of semi-solid waste and in its open state maintains an open passage for semi solid waste, where an increase in pressure inside the collecting bag passes a predefined first gas pressure limit triggering the transition of the barrier-filter from its closed state to its open state.
L'invention porte sur un instrument de stomie (1) du type comprenant une poche collectrice de matière de déchet, au moins une ouverture (5) à travers laquelle la matière de déchet peut pénétrer la poche collectrice, au moins un filtre (10) permettant à un gaz de s'échapper de la poche collectrice et au moins un filtre-barrière perméable aux gaz, sensible à la pression, (11) positionné entre l'au moins une ouverture et l'au moins un filtre, dans lequel le filtre-barrière, dans son état fermé, interrompt le passage de déchets semi-solides et, dans son état ouvert, maintient un passage ouvert pour des déchets semi-solides, où une augmentation de pression à l'intérieur de la poche collectrice qui dépasse une première limite de pression de gaz prédéfinie déclenchant la transition du filtre-barrière de son état fermé à son état ouvert.
