A process and device for producing a transponder unit (11) with a coil (13) and at least one electronic component (23, 24), like a chip or the like, in which the component (23, 24) is connected to the coil (13) directly or via a substrate (14), with several process stages in which a winding tool (40) is fitted with the substrate (14), the coil (13) is wound on the winding tool (40) and the ends (21, 22) of the winding wire of the coil (13) are connected in the winding tool (40) to terminal surfaces (17, 18) of the substrate in such a way that the winding tool (40) acts as the working platform throughout said process stages.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de produire un système répondeur (11) comportant une bobine d'enroulement (13) et au moins un composant électronique (23, 24), tel qu'une puce ou similaire, le composant (23, 24) étant relié à la bobine d'enroulement (13) directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un substrat (14). Ce procédé comprend plusieurs étapes dont une phase d'implantation d'un outil d'enroulement (40) avec le substrat (14), une phase d'enroulement de la bobine d'enroulement (13) qui s'effectue dans l'outil d'enroulement (40) et une phase de raccordement des extrémités du fil de bobinage (21, 22) de la bobine d'enroulement (13) avec des surfaces de raccordement (17, 18) du substrat, qui s'effectue dans l'outil d'enroulement (40), de manière à ce que ledit outil d'enroulement (40) serve de plate-forme de travail dans toutes les étapes dudit procédé.
