A process and apparatus for assisting the extraction and processing of biodiesel oil from organic feedstock includes: providing crushed oil-bearing organic feedstock meal from which has been extracted a first amount of biodiesel oil wherein the meal retains a second amount of entrained oil; forming a meal slurry containing said meal and passing the slurry to an anaerobic digester; a.pi.aerobically digesting the meal slurry so as to convert said second amount of entrained oil to produce heat, methane gas, and organic fertilizer or oil-free cattle feed; providing an electrical generator and employing the methane gas for at least the production of electricity by burning the methane gas in the electrical generator which is adapted to convert heat to electricity and re-cycling at least some of the electricity.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour aider à l'extraction et au traitement d'huile de biodiesel à partir de charge organique, lequel procédé comprend les opérations consistant à se procurer de la farine de charge organique contenant de l'huile, à partir de laquelle farine a été extraite une première quantité d'huile de biodiesel, la farine conservant une seconde quantité d'huile entraînée; former une bouillie de farine contenant ladite farine et faire passer la bouillie dans un digesteur anaérobique; digérer de façon anaérobique la bouillie de farine de façon à convertir ladite seconde quantité d'huile entraînée pour produire de la chaleur, du méthane gazeux et de l'engrais organique ou des aliments pour le bétail exempts d'huile; se procurer un générateur électrique et employer le méthane gazeux pour au moins la production d'électricité par combustion du méthane gazeux dans le générateur électrique qui est apte à convertir la chaleur en électricité et à recycler au moins une partie de l'électricité.
