Disclosed is a process for combining the catalytic conversion of organic oxygenates and the catalytic conversion of hydrocarbons, wherein an organic oxygenates feedstock is contacted with a Y-zeolite containing catalyst to give a reaction product, a coked catalyst and a product are obtained by separating the reaction product stream, a hydrocarbon feedstock is contacted with a Y-zeolite containing catalyst to give a reaction product, a spent catalyst and a reaction oil and gas are obtained by separating the reaction product stream, the oil and gas is further separated to give products such as gas, gasoline and the like, a part or all of the coked catalyst and a part or all of the spent catalyst enter a regenerator for coke-burning regeneration, and the regenerated catalyst is divided into two portions, one of which returns to be contacted with the hydrocarbon feedstock, and the other of which, after cooling, returns to be contacted with organic oxygenates feedstock. This process not only reasonably utilizes the excessive thermal energy of the hydrocarbon catalytic conversion, but also solves the problem of heat supply for the conversion of organic oxygenates, thus ensuring the continuous catalytic conversion of organic oxygenates.
L'invention porte sur un procédé combinant la conversion catalytique d'oxygénats organiques et la conversion catalytique d'hydrocarbures, comprenant les étapes suivantes: mise en contact d'un apport d'oxygénats organiques avec un catalyseur à la zéolite Y donnant un produit de réaction; passage du produit de réaction dans un séparateur donnant un catalyseur cokéfié et un produit; mise en contact d'un apport d'hydrocarbures avec un catalyseur à la zéolite Y donnant un produit de réaction; passage du produit de réaction dans un séparateur donnant un catalyseur épuisé et de l'huile et du gaz; passage de l'huile et du gaz dans un séparateur donnant des produits tel que du gaz, de l'essence, etc.; régénération de tout ou partie du catalyseur épuisé et du catalyseur cokéfié par combustion du coke; division du catalyseur régénéré en deux parties dont l'une est mise en contact avec l'apport d'hydrocarbures, et l'autre est après refroidissement est à nouveau mise en contact avec l'apport d'oxygénats organiques. Ce procédé non seulement utilise l'excès d'énergie thermique de la conversion catalytique d'hydrocarbures, mais également résout le problème de la fourniture de chaleur pour la conversion en continu des oxygénats organiques.
