A process is disclosed for differentiating organic foodstuff residues according to their type on hard surfaces by applying a solution that contains a combination of at least two dyes, of which at least one is hydrophilic and at least one is hydrophobic, on the hard surface, then optically determining the residue type thanks to their specific colouring. Also disclosed are liquid compositions of dye mixtures and their use.

Un procédé permet de différencier selon leur type des résidus de matières alimentaires organiques sur des surfaces dures par application sur ladite surface dure d'une solution qui contient une combinaison d'au moins deux colorants dont au moins un a un caractère hydrophile et au moins un a un caractère hydrophobe. Le type des résidus est ensuite optiquement déterminé grâce à leur coloration spécifique. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions liquides de mélanges de colorants et leur utilisation.
