his invention relates to a manufacturing process for a magnetoelectric claw-pole rotor of the type that contains parts made of magnetic material (1, 9) and non-magnetic material (12), confined to a revolving hollow cylinder (13) of non-magnetic material; the process involves a stage where the hollow cylinder (13) is filled with the parts of magnetic (1, 9) and non-magnetic material (12), and an isostatic compression stage for all of the said parts (1, 9, 12) and the hollow cylinder (13). The invention calls for each part made of magnetic material (1, 9) or non-magnetic material (12) to be fabricated from a number of independent, nested tubular elements (14, 10, 11, 110, 100, 140, 111, 101) that are fitted together coaxially, each tubular element (14, 10, 11, 110, 100, 140, 111, 101) having lateral edges, transverse extremities and a lateral face that reproduce the outer form of the corresponding radial thickness of the part made of magnetic material (1, 9) or non-magnetic material (12) in question.

l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un rotor magnétoélectrique à griffe du type comprenant des pièces en matériau magnétique (1, 9), et des pièces en matériau amagnétique (12), confinées dans un cylindre carter creux de révolution (13) en matériau amagnétique, le procédé comprenant une étape de remplissage du cylindre creux (13) avec les pièces en matériau magnétique (1, 9) et amagnétique (12), et une étape de compression isostatique de l'ensemble desdites pièces (1, 9, 12) et du cylindre carter creux (13), selon l'invention chaque pièce en matériau magnétique (1, 9) ou amagnétique (12) est réalisée à partir d'une pluralité d'éléments de tube gigognes (14, 10, 11, 110, 100, 140, 111, 101) indépendants ajustés et coaxiaux, chaque élément de tube (14, 10, 11, 110, 100, 140, 111, 101) ayant des bords latéraux, des extrémités transversales et une face latérale présentant la forme extérieure de l'épaisseur radiale correspondante de la pièce en matériau magnétique (1, 9) ou amagnétique (12) concernée.
