A process for obtaining a dust-collecting textile product, wherein a multifilament texturized synthetic yarn is used as pile yarn (2), the pile yarn being sewn and cut along a sewing core (1), obtaining a composite yarn with a thick succession of whiskers projecting radially from said core, each consisting of a bundle of micro-filaments, the composite yarn being fed to knitting or weaving machinery for realizing said dust-collecting product. A dust-collecting textile product, in particular a five-fingered glove (3), made with such a composite yarn according to the invention, without making use of additives or chemical treatments, has a very high capability for trapping dust, a capability that remains as such use after use, for a long time.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un produit textile de dépoussiérage, dans lequel est utilisé un fil synthétique texturisé à multiples filaments comme fil (2) de velours. Le fil de velours est cousu et coupé le long d'un noyau (1) de couture, afin d'obtenir un fil composite comprenant d'épais filaments successifs s'étendant radialement à partir dudit noyau, formé chacun d'un faisceau de microfilaments. Le fil composite est introduit dans une machine à tricoter ou à tisser afin d'obtenir un produit de dépoussiérage. L'invention concerne également un produit textile de dépoussiérage, en particulier un gant (3) à cinq doigts, fait dudit fil composite, sans utilisation d'additifs ou de traitements chimiques, et possédant une très haute capacité de dépoussiérage, une capacité non altérée après chaque utilisation, et ce, sur une longue durée.
