A process for preparing 2-amino malonic acid derivatives of formula (1): (see formula 1) wherein A is linear or branched chain alkylene having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R1 is linear or branched chain alkyl having from 2 to 20 carbon atoms, R2 and R3 are the same or different, and are lower alkyl or aralkyl, and R4 is a protecting group, which process comprises the step of reducing a compound of formula (6): (see formula 6) wherein A is linear or branched chain alkylene having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R1 is linear or branched chain alkyl having from 2 to 20 carbon atoms, R2 and R3 are the same or different, and are lower alkyl or aralkyl, and R4 is a protecting group.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de dérivés de l'acide 2-aminomalonique représentés par la formule générale (1) et caractérisé par la réduction des composés représentés par la formule spécifique (6). Dans la formule générale (1) et dans la formule spécifique (6), A est alkylène en C1-C10 linéaire ou ramifié, R<1> est alkyle en C2-C20 linéaire ou ramifié, R<2> et R<3> qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, sont alkyle inférieur ou aralkyle, R<4> étant un groupe protecteur.
