A process is disclosed for preparing an autologous platelet gel and membranes thereof comprising mixing a platelet concentrate with a calcium salt and batroxobin. This process encompassing the use of batroxobin as the gel activator allows to overcome the prior art processes drawbacks connected with the use for the same purpose of human of bovine thrombin. A kit is also described for carrying out this process.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un gel de plaquettes autologues ainsi que des membranes comprenant ce gel. Ce procédé consiste à mélanger un concentré de plaquettes avec un sel de calcium et de la batroxobine. Ce procédé englobant l'utilisation de batroxobine en tant qu'activateur de gel permet de surmonter les désavantages des procédés antérieurs, liés à l'utilisation de thrombine humaine ou bovine à cet effet. L'invention concerne également un assortiment de matériel permettant la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
