The present invention relates to a process for preparing chiral (S)-2,3- disubstituted-1-propylamine derivatives and more particularly, to the process for preparing chiral (S)-2,3-disubstituted-1-propylamine derivatives expressed in formula (1), performed in such a manner that a carbonyl group of chiral (S)- 3,4-disubstituted-1-butanecarbonyl derivatives expressed in formula (2) is converted to an amine group through decarbonylation.
L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet de préparer des dérivés chiraux (S) de 1-propylamine 2,3-disubstituée et notamment un procédé qui permet de préparer des dérivés chiraux (S) de 1-propylamine 2,3-disubstituée, représentés par la formule (1). Le procédé consiste à convertir par décarbonylation un groupe carbonyle des dérivés chiraux (S) du 1-butanecarbonyle 3,4-substitué, représentés par la formule (2), en un groupe amine.
